For this blog I checked out a great video promoting exercise that my Professor posted and then I tried to find another exercise video. After comparing the video I found with her video, I really couldn't find one that was similar to it but I found one that takes a different approach to promote health.. The first video had a more serious vibe to it and was really promoting health. The video looked like a commercial and I’m sure that gym was advertising got more clients from it. The second video was less commercial-like and more informally informative. It was simpler, animated and could appeal to younger generations. The narrator changed her voice to make some of the information more interesting which made the video more entertaining. The first video focused on how exercise would improve your health and help you prevent getting any diseases while the second video showed more of how exercise works with your brain. The second video explained that regular exercise could help with depression and that people that worked out regularly were less likely to have depression. Both videos showed benefits of regular exercise in their own unique way but I prefer the first video. The first one just felt more dramatic and I liked it.
